hello nature thanks for your beauty and calm . today we had visitors came to help walking with the goats , i had time to keep planting ,and on the end of the day could have a good feedback , as he also do a little farming , recognize the great work that we have on our garden. that’s nice!!
so easy and so difficult ,i listen this some years ago , now i´m practicing . I wake up every morning and by suggestion of wolfgang ( husband ) like a meditation i repeat to inside myself that i want to have a nice day today , and have been working , my mind is accepting this suggestion and i have been putting to the side small strong programs that was taking me to the space of negativity . so the day is becoming again productive .today we could go on the community garden and plant the 200 sweet potatoes that was urgent , is so good to work on the land , fell your power come back , as you use more and more your energy and you fell better and better , this is something that i discover after passing some blocks that hold you back , is like currents that set you back from freedom , but when you believe that you can do it,it is incredible what happens. i recommend and wish that many persons can make the same and let lazy behind them and find the feeling of being alive again . than you can listen the sound.
today was a day for traveling around and discover that if you relax and trust thing happen positive , our car get without battery after a stop for a coffee and 2 or 3 help me please …a young man did, we all pull and here it was …working again . normally who smiles a lot is not your solution .here in this planet we learn to discovery who we really are , go dipper inside , stillness is a good friend and some people don´t like is to danger see your self in true when we come back from our daily Saturday on the cost shopping and supermarket we add again a news from who don´t want to see , after one week with the “family” 5 members that traveling Europe to discover different things that live can bring running from the system ,and a English man that was needing to see a “family” after so many years in party’s ,the stock market money maker that don´t want to see him self sad that he was going away , we get calm again , family thanks for your help planting and taking care of goats ,chickens and so on . English thanks for trying and stock market money guy for giving up from peace ., maybe next time life is always given us new opportunity’s.can be hard see that the street repeat until we learn .
